Theophilus London is a famous newsbeat music reporter, he knows many people and how to work with them – his colleagues were Mark Ronson and Damon Albarn.
We have talked for only 15 minutes, but during that short talk he mentioned so many things and talked about famous people he met. Theophilus spent recent Grammy’s night on a party with awesome producer named A-trak and Beyonce’s sister Solange Knowles.

From the same conversation we’ve found out that Whitney Houston is his idol, whom he once met; he worked with Damon Albarn himself, how exciting it was feeling a TV commercial star; we were told also about Chauffeur project, on which he worked with Mark Ronson.

And all this has a good reason - he has made lot of pals since his debut mixtape record release. He says it was just his favourite jams from the past - Michael Jackson, Prince, Kraftwerk, Whitney Houston. Mixtape was released on a very small level - ‘for boutique people’ and those ones, who just appreciated such kind of music. Mixtapes are not something massive, as Theophilus thinks, - they are personal, and describe who the preson is even better than albums do.

His next record comes in March as a second full-length release - new mixtape, named I Want You. With this mixtape he is aiming to broaden the audience, attract other people than the ones from underground pop circles, feeling very excited and enthusiastic about him.

Theopholius London has something he was working on and spending lots of efforts for a quite long time. As one of his earliest writing memories he said that everything started in school, where he just had a creative journal - kids are only exposed to what happens in their minds, which are ‘bigger than outta space thing’.
